We look forward to seeing you at our next concert 'The Trumpet Shall Sound' with David Shead playing works by the baroque era composers Johann Neruda and Pietro Baldassari. Our director Mary Eade will doubtless enthral you with a performance of the ethereal 'Lark Ascending' by Vaughan Williams. The programme opens with the seasonal favourite, Corelli's 'Christmas Concerto', and ends with a French Folk Song suite by the British composer Gordon Langford. Please join us in the Temple Methodist Church, Taunton, at 3pm on December 5th.
Final details of next year's programmes are being decided. We start with a fun concert at 3pm on Sunday February 6th , again at the Temple Methodist Church, entitled 'Waltzing Around the World', so come and dance, in mind if not body, to music by Faure, Chopin, Strauss and Tchaikovsky.
