2024 season

February 2024

This year we present another eclectic programme of music ranging from the early Baroque to the 20th century. We have solo spots for cello, with Chris Sampson playing some variations by Respighi, Pam Canter on recorder playing a suite by Durante, Mike Stanley playing the keyboard concerto by Walter Leigh, and of course the yet unknown Taunton Young Musician playing with us in December. Our esteemed director Mary Eade plays a concerto by Pergolesi in the first concert next week, and with others in Concerti Grossi by Albinoni, Handel, Vivaldi and Vaughan Williams. Surely a menu to suit all tastes. We look forward to seeing you.
