We would like to thank you for your continued support as we build a better future for Taunton Sinfonietta.
GDPR
We are contacting you about to the new requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
These new GDPR regulations require us to tell you certain information about how we store and use your data, which you will find below.
You are currently a Sponsor, a Patron, a Friend or a Player of the Sinfonietta.
We store information including your name, your email address, your address and your bank details and whether you are a UK tax payer.
Your information is kept on secure computers that are only accessed by authorised individuals connected with finance of the Sinfonietta.
Your information is used to comply with the financial processes stipulated by the Charity Commission.
Your information is kept and processed so that the Sponsor Scheme can be administered
Your information is not processed in any other way, nor is it passed to any other person or organisation. For example it will not be used to communicate with you other than for Sinfonietta purposes.
You can request that your data is deleted at any time.
You can request to see all of your data held by Taunton Sinfonietta at any time.
If you stop financially supporting the Sinfonietta for any reason, then we will delete your data within a reasonable time frame that meets the requirements of the Charity Commission and the GDPR.
If you believe your information has been used incorrectly then you can make a complaint to our Chairman who is responsible for Data compliance at the Taunton Sinfonietta.

What do you need to do now?
As you support regularly the Sinfonietta, you do not need to do anything now. We will continue to retain your information and contact you about your support to the Sinfonietta when required.
